The 2025 Roots Picnic returns to Philadelphia’s Mann Center in Fairmount Park for a two-day celebration of music and culture. One of the more fun things to do this weekend! Headliners include D’Angelo with The Roots, Lenny Kravitz, Meek Mill, GloRilla, Miguel, Tems, Latto, Kaytranada, and Jeezy, alongside artists such as Pusha T and 2 Chainz. Saturday sees the 25th anniversary celebration of Musiq Soulchild’s album “Aijuswanaseing” and The Roots 30 years of “Do You Want More?!!!??!”

The weekend kicks off Friday with Pride Around the City and a 600-foot Pride flag march from the Art Museum to the Gayborhood. Saturday brings the glamorous Pride Promenade at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, followed by Sunday’s powerful Pride March and all-day Festival in the Gayborhood, featuring live entertainment, vendors, food, and community resources.
