USA TODAY’s readers named an outdoor concert venue in Somers Point, outside Ocean City, New Jersey, as the best outdoor concert series in the United States.
The Somers Point Beach Concert Series was named No. 1 in the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice poll for the best outdoor concert series. It previously was ranked No. 2 in 2024 and No. 1 in 2023 in this category.
Here’s what the USA TODAY team had to say about this dynamic outdoor summer music program:
“Somers Point, located just outside Ocean City, goes all out with their summer concert series. Each Friday from June to September, visitors can watch the sun go down and dance under the stars. From blues rock and reggae to Motown and swing, listen to it all as you close out a day on the beach.”
The Somers Point Beach Concerts are free to the public and begin at 7 p.m. As of Thursday, May 22, a full concert schedule was not available, but updates will be posted on the concert series website.
